I think it says a hell of a lot that I’ve never once seen these women’s real names and I have never seen an interview or even so much as a soundbite from them. All I know of them is those little doll perfumes and Stefani’s creepy ass music.

I’ve actually seen interviews and they explain how they got involved and stuff and they seem like some really awesome people. I was a huge No Doubt fan and I love a lot of her music but seriously Gwen Stafani has some huge cultural appropriation problems. Which being part of the anime fandom I didn’t realize a problem with it until I learned more about the Japanese culture and how inaccurate the portrayal in U.S. anime fandoms are and how offensive it is that we take from a culture we don’t even understand.
